We're still growing!

We're excited to be creating more green jobs. We are a small team, 6 year round employees and 4-6 part-time seasonal folks who all work here at the Seed Library Farm in Accord, NY. Everyone wears multiple hats and sometimes we have to jump in to help with things that are not in our job descriptions. For the most part we each specialize in our different areas: sales/marketing, warehouse, seed packing/testing, IT, and farm. And we all care about good food, organic farming, and sustainable seeds!

Compensation: Salary is based on experience. Depending on the position, additional commission or bonus is available. All employees receive a variable share of organic produce grown in our trial gardens in addition to their salary.

Here are the job titles and descriptions. If you would like to apply, please send cover letter and resume to us here.
