How to Grow
Direct sow after frost, or start indoors 3 weeks earlier and then transplant after frost. Sow in succession until about 10 weeks before first fall frost. Harvest leaves once they reach about 4 inches in diameter and use as a mid-summer replacement for spinach. Thrives in heat; killed by frost.
