How to Grow
Sow indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost, then transplant once danger of frost has passed and soil is warm--usually 2-3 weeks after last frost. Cover immediately with row cover, as flea beetles love to devour eggplant leaves. Eggplants want heat; choose your sunniest spot for them. Harvest when fruit have reached 4-6" in diameter and prepare like any Italian eggplant.
