How do you define a flavor? While many may struggle to define the taste we call savory (try yourself: "not sweet" is the best most of us can come up with), this herb gives the perfect answer with its rich flavor, quite like thyme, mixed with dill, cut with oregano and mint. Savor summer all winter by harvesting and drying this herb, which is a key component of the popular Herbes de Provence mix.
