Direct sow in spring, as early as 4 weeks before last frost. Sow in successions every two weeks until late spring for continuous harvests; then sow in successions 8-10 weeks before first frost for fall harvests. Spring and summer sowings may need protection from flea beetles, try covering with row cover as soon as seeds are sown. Harvest once plants are full and leafy and have produced florets. Each planting can be harvested once.
